The business has been established since 1999 and started operating from a small office in Greenford Middlesex. In 2004 we moved to a prestigious location in Hillingdon and in 2007 we opened our Dorset office.

We at Richmond Associates pride ourselves in providing extensive technical backing for our clients and candidates alike. We have a combined experience of more than 90 years plus in the engineering industry with some members of staff starting off as engineers back in the 1960’s.
Our Senior Partner has worked with Carrier, York and several other specialist companies with positions ranging from Trainee Technician to Technical Director.

We specialise in jobs within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

We believe that our industry knowledge is probably the most intensive in the industry!

Whilst our recruitment specialty is in the permanent placements of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning personnel, from apprentices to directors, we also recruit within the building services sector,with positions ranging from controls, electrical, plumbing, to heating/combustion personnel. 

We recruit for vacancies relating to sales jobs within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, as well as highly sought after technicians such as centrifugal tech's, close control tech's, service managers, sales managers/engineers.Our vacancies are for full time permanent staff only. We do not supply temps or contract personnel.
